READ consents

GET {{baseUrl}}/consent/v1/consents?subject=<string>&actor=<string>&definition=<string>&audience=<string>&collaborator=<string>

The GET consent/v1/consents operation returns one or more consent records. If neither subject nor actor query parameter is used, the default subject value is the authenticated identity.
