Mapping the landscape for AI-first headless identity
A short survey to gather developer and admin feedback on headless IAM workflows and AI-assisted identity administration.
As we continue to enhance AI-first headless methods of working with Ping Identity systems, we want to know more about your experiences and needs. If you’re exploring headless IAM workflows that enable agentic operations or wondering how AI can streamline the administrative experience with Ping’s platform, we’d love your feedback.
We’re running a short survey to better understand how teams think about using AI agents for IAM admin, where current experiences fall short in terms of headless capabilities and context for agents, and which problems matter most to solve next. Your input will help us prioritize both product direction and follow-up research in this space.
We’re especially interested in feedback on questions like:
- What makes headless admin valuable or challenging in real-world environments?
- What guardrails and contextual guidance would best support agents in safely designing, configuring, and operating your specific identity infrastructure?
- Which admin workflows feel most important to improve first?
- What signals help you trust and adopt new approaches in identity administration?
AI-first headless identity isn’t just about removing UI: it’s about giving teams and their AI tools and agents more flexible, intelligent ways to manage identity workflows, reduce manual effort, and contextually adapt administration to the needs of their environment. Your feedback can tell us where that vision is already resonating and where more clarity, capability, or support is needed.
