As we continue to enhance headless methods of working with Ping Identity systems, we want to know more about your experiences and needs. If you’re exploring headless IAM workflows or thinking about how AI can simplify admin experiences, we’d love your feedback.
We’re running a short survey to better understand how teams think about headless IAM admin, where current experiences fall short, and which problems matter most to solve next. Your input will help us prioritize both product direction and follow-up research in this space.
We’re especially interested in feedback on questions like:
- What makes headless admin valuable or challenging in real-world environments?
- Where can AI-assisted guidance, automation, or orchestration reduce friction?
- Which admin workflows feel most important to improve first?
- What signals help you trust and adopt new approaches in identity administration?
Headless admin isn’t just about removing UI: it’s about giving teams more flexible, intelligent ways to manage identity workflows, reduce manual effort, and adapt administration to the needs of their environment. Your feedback can tell us where that vision is already resonating and where more clarity, capability, or support is needed.
If you’re willing to go a step further, the survey also includes options for more engagement beyond the survey and the blog.
If you are a PingOne user, you might find a version of the survey in the Research section of Help & Resources in the top nav bar.
If we get at least 30 complete responses, we’ll share the survey results in a future post.
Thanks in advance for helping us shape the future of headless admin at Ping Identity.
