Task 2: Configure Your Test User
The Configure Your Test User endpoints perform the following actions:

Update (or create) a population.

Update (or create) a user.

Set the user’s password.

Enable MFA for the user.

Set an MFA device for the user.
The Groups workflow requires a valid user to assign to a group. The Postman collection that accompanies this flow references the user that you created in Getting Started, Task 2.
What you’ll do
You will update the user that you created in Getting Started, Task 2 for this flow.

POST request to assign this user to a group.
If you haven’t completed Task 2: Create a test environment, do that first.

If you choose to use an alternate test user, be aware that the variables in the Postman collection point to the Task 2 test user’s ID property value. You must change this value manually either in your Postman environment or in the endpoint’s request body to authenticate the alternate test user. |
