Notifications

The following section provides API reference information about the PingOne platform’s notification services:

  • Notifications Templates

    Endpoints to manage notifications templates and email, voice, SMS, and push notifications contents.

  • Notifications Settings

    Endpoints to configure specific notifications settings for an identified environment.

  • Notifications Settings (SMTP)

    Endpoints to configure specific notifications settings for the organization’s own SMTP service to send email notifications for each environment, instead of the built-in email service of PingOne.

  • Notifications Policies

    Endpoints to define notification policies to limit the use of SMS/voice and email notifications for pairing and authentication.

  • Phone Delivery Settings

    Endpoints to configure different accounts which could be used for sending an SMS or voice message.

  • Trusted Email Domains

    Endpoints to configure up to 50 trusted email domains for each environment.

  • Trusted Email Addresses

    Endpoints to configure up to 10 trusted email address for an existing trusted email domain.

  • Send Notifications

    Endpoints to send test notifications to a mobile application.

Assigning admin roles and permissions to this service

Admin role assignments determine access to PingOne APIs. When assigning admin roles to this service, refer to PingOne Permissions by Service for the service-specific permissions.

You can also choose to assign admin roles based on particular service resources. Refer to PingOne Permissions by Resource when assigning admin roles per service resources.
