# Promotion Mappings

The Promotion Mappings operations enable you to track the mappings used by the Promotions service from the source environment to one or more target environment. This is particularly important if you've allowed the Promotions service to automatically generate the mappings when you created the promotion. Refer to [Create Promotion](../promotions/create-promotion.html) for more information.

## Promotion Mappings data model

| `sourceEnvironment.id` | String | N/A      | Read-only | The identifier of the source environment.                                                              |
| `targetEnvironment.id` | String | N/A      | Read-only | The identifier of the target environment.                                                              |
| `resourceMappings`     | String | N/A      | Read-only | The mappings of source environment resource to target environment resource based on their identifiers. |
