Update Target

PUT {{apiPath}}/v2/policy-manager/targets/{{targetId}}?branch={{branchId}}

The PUT /v2/policy-manager/targets/{{targetId}} operation updates the target identified by {{targetId}}. The request must provide either a branch ID or a snapshot ID in the request URL to specify where the target should be updated.
