Provide centralized authorization policies that protect sensitive data and actions, can be updated by anyone on the fly with a drag-and-drop UI, and don’t require app teams to change their code.
The PingAuthorize SCIM API enables enterprises to manage identity information between software and SaaS products that support the SCIM standard. Administrators can connect these products to PingAuthorize to support use cases like user provisioning and identity governance. The PingAuthorize SCIM API is RFC-compliant for SCIM version 2.0, including support for all of the required features and most of the optional features. Notable SCIM features the API supports are filtering, sorting, pagination, multi-values complex attributes, and partial updates via HTTP PATCH.
The PingAuthorize Server provides Authorization Policy Decision APIs to support non-API use cases. The Authorization Policy Decision APIs consist of two APIs: the XACML-JSON PDP API and the JSON PDP API. These APIs can indicate when a request or response triggers advice, but the application server must implement the advice.
These containers of Ping’s software solutions are quick and easy to deploy and can be used as a stepping stone to build customizable and comprehensive identity and access management solutions for your organization.
